It’s a relaxed evening to recharge before hitting the road.
Day 2
Colombo - Sigiriya
After a hearty Sri Lankan breakfast, we’ll ride to Sigiriya, a small town famed for its UNESCO-listed Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Spend the afternoon hiking to the summit—about 1.5 hours up—for unbeatable panoramic views, then 45 minutes back down. Unwind with a cold beer as the sun sets, or explore the village for local eats like kottu roti. For a quieter thrill, check out Pidurangala Rock nearby for a stunning dusk vantage point.

Sigiriya - Anuradhapura - Trincomalee
Start with a ride to Anuradhapura, an ancient city packed with some of the world’s oldest Buddhist stupas and ruins, where you can wander through history for a few hours. Then head to Trincomalee, a coastal gem with pristine beaches—perfect for a swim or a beachside beer. Check out the vibrant Koneswaram Temple perched on a cliff, or kick back at Marble Beach to watch the waves roll in.
Day 4
Trincomalee - Mannar Island - Jaffna
After breakfast, ride from Trincomalee toward Jaffna, stopping along the way at Mannar Island to stretch your legs and snap photos of the wild donkeys roaming the sandy flats or the striking Baobab tree, a quirky relic from ancient traders. Arrive in Jaffna by afternoon and dive into the bustling Point Pedro Market to haggle for spices or snacks.

Day 5
Jaffna
Spend the day soaking up Jaffna’s unique northern flair, starting with a visit to the vibrant Nallur Kovil temple, where you can catch a glimpse of Tamil rituals. Explore the weathered Jaffna Fort, a relic of colonial days with killer ocean views, or ride out to Keerimalai Springs for a dip in its legendary mineral pools. Savor a fiery crab curry at a local eatery, then unwind with a beer at Charty Beach, watching fishermen haul in their catch.
Day 6
Jaffna - Wilpattu National Park
Set off early from Jaffna for a direct ride to Wilpattu National Park, arriving in time for an afternoon jeep safari through its wild jungles, tracking leopards, elephants, and sloth bears. After a big breakfast, we’ll grab lunch en route to fuel up for the adventure. Post-safari, relax with a cold beer by the campfire, swapping tales of the day’s ride and wildlife. If you’re keen, wander the park’s edges to spot ancient ruins or soak in the rugged serenity.

Day 7
Wilpattu National Park - Kandy
After breakfast, ride from Wilpattu’s wild plains to the hill city of Kandy, nestled in lush mountains and steeped in history. Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic for an evening ceremony, soaking in the chants and candlelight. Stroll around Kandy Lake to stretch your legs, or grab an arrack cocktail at a hilltop pub with killer views. For a deeper dive, explore the bustling markets for spices or catch a traditional Kandyan dance show.
Day 8
Kandy - Nuwara Eliya
Leave Kandy after a big breakfast and ride into the cool highlands of Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka’s tea country heart. Tour a tea estate like Damro to sip fresh Ceylon brews and see the rolling plantations. Wander the colonial town’s quirky streets—think golf clubs and horse tracks—or enjoy a pint at a British-style pub. For a twist, hike to Single Tree Hill for panoramic views if your legs are willing.

Day 9
Nuwara Eliya - Ella
Ride from Nuwara Eliya’s misty hills to Ella, a chilled mountain town with epic scenery. Hike Little Adam’s Peak for stunning vistas in under an hour, or trek to Ella Rock if you’re feeling bold. Sip cocktails at a laid-back bar with live music, or explore the Nine Arches Bridge, a colonial marvel nestled in the jungle. It’s a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the vibes.
Day 10
Ella - Mirissa
After breakfast, ride from Ella’s highlands to Mirissa, a southern beach haven with golden sands and mellow waves. Swim or sip a beer at Mirissa Beach, soaking in the coastal chill. Dig into a seafood feast—grilled prawns or lobster—at a shack, or watch for turtles as the sun dips low. It’s a sweet shift to seaside living.

Day 11
Mirissa
Linger in Mirissa for a relaxed coastal day, recharging with its beach-town charm. Surf the gentle waves, or climb Parrot Rock for a quick ocean panorama. Lounge at Coconut Tree Hill with a cold drink, or savor a spicy curry at a local joint. It’s all about kicking back and enjoying the south coast.
Day 12
